It has had several additions and renovations over the years with the most recent full makeover completed in 2019. The property now provides luxury Byron Bay accommodation in the heart of Byron. All of the towns attractions including cafes, restaurants, shops and iconic beaches are within easy walking distance.
The beach house provides quality four bedroom, two bathroom accommodation with a private rear entertaining deck overlooking the solar heated plunge pool. There is undercover and off street parking.
The Studio accommodates up to 4 people and includes a queen bed as well as a sofa bed. There is a modern well equipped kitchen (no oven) and a combined dining / living area. It has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is an under bench washing machine in the kitchen.
The perfect holiday rental has much to offer with the studio opening onto a large paved outdoor area and huge private landscaped back yard. The outdoor area includes a covered bbq area adjoining the kitchen. Onsite parking is available.

Butlers at Byron holiday accommodation is situated on the southern end of Butler Street close to the centre of town. Byron Bay’s main street, Jonson Street is a 300 metre stroll across the railway line. Everything is situated along or just off Jonson Street including shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and music venues. It also leads directly to Main Beach and the start of the Cape Byron walking trail. Byron Bay’s bus terminal is within 500 metres and regular airport transfers are available from Ballina Byron Airport or Gold Coast Airport.
